Wesley Employment Services is one of Wesley Mission Victoria’s 50 services, and is part of the Australian Government’s Disability Employment Services.

Wesley Employment Services is an “Employment Support Service” helping job seekers with a permanent disability and with an assessed need for long term support in the workplace. This includes job seekers who have a permanent disability, injury condition, medical condition or mental health issue.

For over three decades, Wesley Employment Services has placed and supported jobseekers to find and stay in jobs, and worked closely with employers to match the right person to the job, supporting the placement on an ongoing basis to ensure successful and sustainable employment outcomes.

We work with job seekers and employers to develop Employment Pathway Plans that meet individual needs.
