Wesley Employment Services is one of Wesley Mission Victoria’s 50 services, and is part of the Australian Government’s Disability Employment Services.

Wesley Employment Services is an “Employment Support Service” helping job seekers with a permanent disability and with an assessed need for long term support in the workplace. We work with a diverse range of job seekers who have an ongoing medical or mental health condition, injury or disability. 

For over three decades, Wesley Employment Services has placed and supported jobseekers to find and stay in jobs, and worked closely with employers to match the right person to the job, supporting the placement on an ongoing basis to maintain successful employment outcomes.

We work with job seekers and employers to develop Employment Pathway Plans that meet individual needs.
